Booking Info & House Policies
To make your event smooth and enjoyable:

The booker is responsible for guests following rules.

A 10% service fee is added to tables of 8 or more; no split bills.

Alcohol served only to those 18+ (ID may be requested).

Parents must supervise children.
No outside alcohol, food, snacks or sweets are permitted unless prior approval has been granted. Any unauthorised items may be confiscated.

Cakes or cupcakes brought for functions must be taken home in guests’ own containers. The Palms does not provide takeaway boxes.

All outstanding balances must be settled in full before departure.

Money collecting at events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties is not permitted. Unruly or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Guests are required to braai their own meat and must bring their own tongs and containers. The Palms does not provide braai equipment.
The Palms will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, injury or damage on the premises, including vehicles parked on site.
The Palms is a family-friendly restaurant. Appropriate dress and respectful behaviour are expected at all times.
