Rules and Regulations
The person making a booking are held responsible of making sure all the guest they book for are aware of the rules and regulations and are to make sure they are followed.
No own alcohol, cooldrinks or food, snacks or sweets is allowed to be brought in to The Palms, except in cases where prior arrangements is made for Halaal guest and is confirmed by management. If any is found by management, it will be confiscated. If any guest is found by security or management drinking or eating out of a vehicle, they will be asked to leave the premises. In the case where guests bring in cake/ cupcakes for functions and any are left over no take-away boxes will be provided by The Palms. Guest must arrange for their own take-away containers for whoever will need this after the function.
The outstanding balance of any function must be paid in full before guests leave the premises. Alcohol available from 11:00, none will be served before that time. No money collecting will be allowed by bachelors or bachelorette parties and no unruly behaviour will be tolerated. The Palms Pub & Grill is a family restaurant and guest is expected to dress appropriately.
Remember that with the braai option, guest must braai the meat themselves and bring their own container & tongs. The Palms will not provide any to guests.
Please note that a 10% service fee is added to tables of 8 people or more and NO split bills are allowed.
Parents are to mind their own children, The Palms will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, injury or damages.
The Palms will not be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost on the premises; this includes vehicles in the parking area. No alcohol will be served to persons under the age of 18 years, ID are to be available if requested. Camera footage are for security reasons only.
